This document needed to be updated to reflect our current reality and operating procedures. Completed May 2024.
Community needs assessment
To better understand the needs of Twin Towers residents, NHP is hosting five focus groups funded by FairHaven Church. Target audiences include individuals involved in New Hope Church, long-time Twin Towers residents, the African immigrant population in Twin Towers, and residents of the surrounding neighborhoods (St. Anne’s Hill, South Park, Walnut Hills and Linden Heights). The data collected will help clarify the types of businesses or services that will best serve Twin Towers residents. Completion by July 2024.
building assessment
A community partner, East End Community Services generously earmarked some of its ARPA money for an assessment of the building systems in the 500 block of Xenia Avenue (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). The contract with the architect and engineering firms has been approved and the assessment will be complete by the beginning of September 2024.
