STRATEGY
In late 2024 we gathered information from the community as well as from an architectural survey of our block.
We are using what we learned to take next steps toward our vision to be a hub that drives the economic, social and spiritual growth of Twin Towers and neighboring communities.
BUILDING
We are pursuing mission-aligned tenants for four open spaces on the east end of the block. Click here for more information.
Additionally, we provide support to New Hope Church in its preparation for a 3-phase renovation for the west end of the block.
PARTNERS & COLLABORATION
We continue to collaborate with Twin Towers organizations like East Dayton Neighborhood Development Corporation, East End Community Services, Good Shepherd Ministries, Ruskin Elementary, St. Mary Church, and Twin Towers Neighborhood Association on projects and initiatives that will facilitate continued revitalization of the neighborhood.
